The 2019 Society Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday 6th February at Greenalls Sports and Recreation Club, 19:30 start.
The AGM is by far the most important meeting of the year. The AGM allows all members, with voting rights, the capability to establish the Society Committee for the next 12 months. This meeting also allows for any Constitutional changes to be made.
All positions on the Society Committee are available for election, excluding the Safeguarding Officer & President which are positions that are not electable.

- Recruitment & Development Officier *
- Online Media Officier
- Committee Person
Positions marked with an asterisk (*) are only available to members aged 18+.
If a member with voting rights wishes to stand for a position on the Committee or submit a constitutional amendment they should register their intention by writing to the Society Secretary before 23:59 on the 30th January. Both standing for a position on the committee and submitting a constitutional amendment will require a proposer and a seconder.
