Denton Arnold Appointed To The Million Pound Game

Denton Arnold is flying to Toronto this morning after being appointed to officiate on the final Million Pound Game between Toronto Wolfpack and London Broncos on Sunday night.

The Million Pound Game concept was introduced as part of the “#RLNewEra” league structure in 2015 and after three seasons in operation Super League Europe along with the RFL voted on a League re-structure which makes this the last season in which this system and playoff match takes place.

Denton, who is the only Match Official in the group of six officials travelling to Toronto who isn’t part of the RFL’s Full-Time Match Officials group, has been appointed as Reserve Touch Judge.

This will be Denton’s 7th trip to Toronto since the Wolfpack joined the professional game in 2017.
